Hey there, sweet souls! I'm Pankti Satra, the baking wizard behind Eat Sweet Repeat. Picture this: lockdown blues, a dash of passion, and boom – my baking escapade began in 2020. Cakes, chocolates, and cakesicles were just the appetizers.
Fast forward to a sprinkle of inspiration and a dollop of determination, I enrolled in the School for European Pastry, Mumbai. Learning the ropes from the pros, I unleashed my creativity into the world of breads, cookies, and all things baked – and people couldn't get enough!
